A session to deeply explore your biggest block before starting a coaching program.
- a 1 hour 30 minute session, online or in person
- creating a space of peace and love for the person
- a state of presence to naturally bring forth what needs to emerge in the moment
- possible liberation techniques such as EFT, “intentional models”, “The Work”, “circling”
- visualizations to bring one back to their presence and their own power
At the end of this session, you will be able to see if you wish to start a deeper exploration, which requires a real commitment on your part. We can then determine together which coaching program is most suitable.

A 6-week coaching program to bring forth Doing from Being and expand from that space.
- 1 session per week (6 sessions) online or in person, 1 hour 15 minutes duration
- 1 remote or in-person energy healing session (in addition to weekly sessions)
- written or voice messages 5 days/week, my response within 24 hours
- exercises to practice outside of coaching sessions to develop self-connection
- liberation techniques such as EFT, “intentional models”, “The Work”, “circling”
- visualizations to bring one back to their presence and their own power

A 3-month coaching program towards unconditional love to access inner peace at all times.
- 1 session per week online or in person, 1 hour 15 minutes duration
- 3 remote or in-person energy healing sessions (in addition to weekly sessions)
- Access to the replay of the Coup de Foudre program (4 online workshops + 4 meditations to connect with Presence)
