Do you wish to organize an event that is both transformative and innovative with family or friends? The at-home sound bath is a unique experience that will bring great serenity to the group. Conditions for receiving the sound bath:
- Have a space large enough for everyone to lie down
- Provide a thick floor mat per person (or ask me to bring them). Some can also lie on sofas)
- Optionally bring a cushion and a blanket (or warm clothes) as body temperature can drop during relaxation
- Be fasting (2 to 3 hours) to better receive the treatment; ideally, it should be before dinner if it takes place in the evening
Service fee: €200 incl. VAT for a group of 6 people (€20 per additional person, price includes travel up to 30km from Biarritz)
On-site time: 2 hours (including setup and packing away of instruments)
Session duration: 1 hour 30 minutes (including an introductory meditation and the awakening phase)

More and more relaxation practices are now present in companies, as we have understood that human well-being is fundamental for the well-being of the entire organization. The sound bath has the advantage of requiring no particular knowledge or physical condition. Explanations are given before the session; then, you just need to lie down to benefit from a true disconnection.
Conditions for conducting the sound bath at your workplace (inform employees beforehand)
- Have a space large enough for everyone to lie down
- Provide a thick floor mat per person (some can also lie on sofas)
- Optionally bring a cushion and a blanket (or warm clothes) as body temperature can drop during relaxation
- Be fasting if possible (2 to 3 hours) to better receive the treatment; ideally, it should be before dinner if it takes place in the evening
Service fee: €450 excl. VAT (including travel up to 30km from Biarritz)
On-site time: 1 hour 45 minutes (including setup and packing away of instruments)
Duration for employees: 1 hour 15 minutes
Maximum number of participants: 20
