Séance de soins énergétiques

First of all, congratulations for allowing yourself this moment, and thank you for your trust; the healing has already begun. Because as soon as you express the intention to heal, your body reacts. We will support this movement and together explore where your blockages may come from, if any.

Everything is energy, vibration. Your thoughts, your emotions, your body, and everything that comprises it. Your energy, your vibrational frequency, constantly evolves based on your life experiences. And the pains or tensions we sometimes feel are excellent indicators to signal things that need adjusting in our lives.

Session Preparation:

• Wear comfortable clothes.
• Make sure you are in a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed.
• Take a few minutes for yourself before the session to start relaxing.
• Prepare headphones so you can listen to the music I share for the sessions.
• Release all expectations, and tell yourself that no matter what happens, the healing works. Sometimes pains disappear immediately, sometimes not because the effect is elsewhere, and the source of the pain needs to be accompanied by personal introspection.
