Healing through Vibration
Sound therapy uses sound and its frequencies to act on the deep subtle level of being. Vibration acts directly on the water in the body by restructuring molecules. It also affects the energetic bodies via our meridians, allowing emotional “knots” present in the body to become more fluid (emotion = energy in motion).
THE TREATMENT
Tout est vibration
Everything is energy, vibration, and that also includes your thoughts, your emotions, your body, and everything that composes it. Your energy, your vibratory rate constantly evolves according to your life experiences. And the pains or tensions we feel can have deep causes that can be released by vibration.
The spaces I create for these sessions are special; they are inhabited by a presence greater than myself, which guides me from beginning to end. It’s a journey where you can completely surrender and receive fully, without the slightest effort.

The benefits are numerous: complete body relaxation, induced meditative state and reduction of brain waves, harmonization of physical and energetic bodies, emotional releases, reduction of stress and improvement of sleep, etc.
Some participant feedback is very strong, and experiences vary. There are several testimonies of out-of-body experiences during these journeys, but that is not the specific goal. There is nothing to achieve, nowhere to go. Simply let yourself be carried, and what needs to be done will be done.
Session Flow
We first take some time during which I explain certain instructions related to the treatment, followed by a moment of meditation and introspection.
The treatment itself generally lasts one hour, followed by a sharing session for those who wish. A silent snack is then offered to gently return to the material world and take the time to savor the benefits of the treatment.
What to bring for the session:
- Clothes you’ll feel comfortable in
- Comfortable floor mat to lie down on
- Blanket or throw, as body temperature may decrease
- Cushion, if preferred, for neck comfort
- Water bottle
